Have you tried the new White Chocolate Carrot Cake M&M’s? We love them so much, I created a free printable to use with them. You might think this Easter color matching activity is intended to help children learn to match colors…or to work on fine motor practice as they use their pincer grip to manipulate the M&Ms…or to experience parts making up a whole as they use M&Ms to create a mosaic carrot picture…or to work on focus and concentration…or to treat the kids to a special Easter or spring activity they will enjoy…and, well, you’re right, it will help the kids with all those things. But mainly it is intended to slow the kids down from eating all the M&Ms so you can grab some while they work!! 😉

Easter Coloring Matching Activity (free printable)
This printable is great to use for Easter and into spring! It’s designed to be used with the White Chocolate Carrot Cake M&M’s which are available exclusively at Walmart.
You can download the free printable in my store. It’s meant to be printed in color, but I’m sure you can improvise with colored pencils or crayons if you can only print in black and white.
I had my kids first sort the M&Ms into 3 cups by color: green, orange, and cream.
Then they each took a turn filling in the carrot picture on the printable.
That sneaky Lilah ate an M&M or two while she worked!
Here’s our finished work:
