L&L’s Favorite iPad App – Cinderella (currently FREE!)

I found this iPad app also available for iPhone / iPod Touch — by developer One Hundred Robots, titled Cinderella, and it quickly became THE favorite around here.  According to AppShopperone of MY favorite apps and also FREE — it has been reduced to FREE since April 2, 2012.  I have no idea how long it will remain free, but I definitely recommend downloading this gem while you can.  I even think it’s worthy of buying if at some point it is no longer free.  L&L *both* ask for Cinderella several times a day, and considering just how many apps we have, that’s saying A LOT!

While this app isn’t as interactive as some I’ve seen, it is read by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel who may very well have one of the best reading voices ever; her tone is so soothing!  The illustrations are quite beautiful, too, in my opinion.  I also love that this is a “non-commercialized” version of the classic story.  Nicely done!
