Melissa & Doug Terrific Twenty List and Giveaway

Here at our house we LOVE all things Melissa & Doug.  I cannot even begin to name all the things we own by them, but a few of our favorites are their Melissa and Doug Animal Stamp Set, Melissa and Doug Beginner Pattern Blocks, Melissa and Doug Sort & Snap Color Match, Melissa and Doug Animal Pattern Blocks Set, Melissa and Doug Vehicles Mix ‘n Match Peg Puzzle – 9 Pieces, and Melissa and Doug Standard Unit Blocks.  I’d bet that probably about half of our toys come from this one company!!  They make seriously great stuff!

  • Anonymous says:

I am obsessed with Melissa and Doug toys. I love that they are well-made, educational, don’t make lots of noise (yay!), and are tons of fun. My favorite from the Terrific Twenty List is the Doorbell House because my son is on the autism spectrum and has fine motor skills delays. Using the keys would require him to work on his motor skills (while having fun doing it), and the house itself would help spark some imaginative play, something I’m always trying to do with him! I love the M&D mailbox as well, though. I made a sad, non-crafty version of a post office box and tried to get him to write out some post cards and deliver them to his toys (the writing to help with fine motor and the delivery to help with pretend play). This mailbox would appeal to him soooo much more than anything this non-crafty mom could make, trust me! 🙂 He would have a blast having his own mailbox.
