My New Blog: Read it AGAIN, Mommy!

Quite awhile ago — 2010 in fact — I started Read it AGAIN, Mommy!, a blog where I intended to share children’s books that my family loves.  However, as things sometimes go, after only one post, it sat dormant for the next two years.  Now I’ve revamped it a bit and plan to start posting there as well as on In Lieu of Preschool.

Reading has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I hope to pass this love of literature on to my children.  The Read it AGAIN, Mommy! blog will share with you books that we have read and loved together, meaning I’ve heard the phrase, “Read it AGAIN, Mommy!” many, many times about each book that will be shared there.

My goal with the blog is to post one new picture book or chapter book per week, along with a link-up so that others may share their posts and go-along activities and resources as well.  I will then pin all the shared activities to a dedicated Pinterest board for each book.  I hope this collection of books and activities will grow into a wonderful FREE resource for parents, teachers, and homeschoolers!

Instead of adding these books to the existing In Lieu of Preschool blog with it’s wide focus on all that preschool encompasses, my goal is to keep the focus on Read it AGAIN, Mommy! very narrow so that searching for books and related resources there will be a simple process.  Also books we share there will not be limited to those only designed for preschoolers, so parents and teachers of older students may also find the site of interest.

If you think this resource would be helpful to you, head over to Read it AGAIN, Mommy! now to check it out, become a follower via Google Friend Connect, or sign up via RSS for email subscription or to read in a reader.  If you are a blogger, please link up your related posts!!  Your support is greatly appreciated, and I would be honored for you to share Read it AGAIN, Mommy! with your family and friends! :)
