Printable Before Five in a Row and Five in a Row Book Lists

Since deciding to go the Before Five in a Row route, I have been trying to gather books we already own and buy used books that are used in both the Before program and the regular Five in a Row program.

It’s been hard to get them all together and remember what goes with what, so I decided to type up the book lists with authors and give myself a check box to mark if we own the book.  I plan to sort each different volume into boxes/baskets.  Once I get all the books sorted and checked off, I plan to create another form to include all the books I’m looking to buy so that I can keep it with me in my purse or wallet.

I thought I’d share the lists in case it saves someone else a little time.

Here’s the Excel file on my Google Docs.  You can click on different tabs at the bottom to see the different sheets.  So far, I have Before Five in a Row, Five in a Row Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3, and the Holiday book completed.  I still have to do Volume 4, but we don’t own that yet, so I’ll have to see if I can find a list online.

If you see any mistakes, or have some ideas of other aspects I should add to the sheets, be sure to leave comments!!  I’d also love to know if you end up using these.  It always helps to know one’s work wasn’t in vain. 🙂

This is such a great resource to use when trying to acquire all the books needed. Unfortunately I will just have to try to replicate it on my own since I can’t print it out due to not wanting to hook google into my wireless printer. But thank you so much for the great lay out!!

What would be even more awesome is also having a list of the books listed in each lesson as supplements…so that people like me who will most likely be checking most of the books out of the library will have a list ahead of time of what books to request be bought for the library or place books on hold ahead of time.
